How to sign up

Register using the button below. You will need your account number (located in the top right on your bill), phone number and name of the primary account holder.

Steps to Go Paperless

In order to stop receiving paper bills, here are some simple steps for you to do!

  • Register for MyAccount at www.atcoelectricyukon.com                
  • Retrieve your confirmation email that prompts you to set the password for your account
  • Log into your account through the MyAccount portal
  • In the right side green drop down choose “Account Details”
  • Click on the “Billing & Payment” tab and it will turn purple
  • Go to the bottom of that screen to click on “edit account details”
  • Now you can proceed above with indicating – Do you want a paper bill “No”.
  • Then go back to the bottom to click “submit” blue button and a notification email will be sent to our billing department to make the changes.
